For many years I have held culinary demonstrations followed by a relaxed taste testing in my own home. The reviews of this experience were staggering; satisfied customers urged me to make this dining experience available to a wider audience. Here at Patrizia’s Italy Trattoria, I intend to recreate the warm and inviting atmosphere that people loved when they sat at my table.

My cooking philosophy is to feature signature dishes of typical Italian regional cuisine, as well as creazioni speciali (dishes that depend on the daily catch or seasonal available produce). The hallmark of Italian food is this: fresh, seasonal, semplice (simple). The reason people who visit Italy come back changed forever in their attitude toward food is because they have experienced, many for the first time, the concept of eating according to the seasons. I embrace this philosophy in tutto because it means unforgettable cuisine (and because it is in my blood – I am a native Italian, born in Brescia, Northern Italy).
